Within a forum post, comment or private message you will be offered suggestions for autocompletion of user handles as well as tags.

Entering '@' and typing the first letter of a users handle will pop up the suggestions above or below the text window depending on which is visible. Entering '#' will do the same thing for tags.

One caveat when #tagging a post, avoid putting the '#' in the first column as that will render the tag as a header due to Markdown.
