Color is indistinguishable from Anchor Steam. Clarity is very good after 3-4 weeks of lagering at 45F. Definite Northern Brewer hop flavor and aroma. "Piney" aroma and a little "tin" flavor with assertive bitterness. Medium to light body with a medium finish. Could use a little more sweetness (0.5 lb crystal) or less hops (-0.25 oz @ boil) to provide a more balanced taste. Overcarbonated when served at 45F and 10 psi so CO2 was bled until 8 psi. Long lasting lace but head fell within a few minutes. Overall: a good experiment for using 2 oz of NB hops but next time I would stick to the center of the style IBU range for a better balanced beer.
